Arbitrator
I am available to serve as arbitrator in domestic and international disputes. During winter months I reside in Coral Gables, Florida. During summer months I travel extensively but spend most of the time in the Washington, DC area. I have extensive experience conducting arbitration virtually, including lengthy evidentiary hearings.
Mediator
Beginning in 2026, I provide service as mediator in domestic and international disputes along with my son through Matthews Mediation Chambers. I provide mediation services virtually, and in person, primarily in South Florida and the Mid-Atlantic area of the United States.
Advocate
I will consider serving as co-counsel in very limited circumstances. Primarily I provide pro bono services for causes that interest me. I am willing to work with young advocates, including former colleagues on occasion to help them take on cases they might otherwise be unable to handle.
