Arbitrator
I am available to serve as arbitrator in domestic and international disputes. In addition the Case Management Q/A below addresses some common questions about my approach to case management, particularly in international arbitration.
Mediator
I am available to serve as mediator in domestic and international disputes. My AAA Mediation Resume included in the BIO section of this website includes a link to a video that attempts to describe my approach to service as mediator.
Advocate
I will consider serving as co-counsel in very limited circumstances. Primarily I expect to provide pro bono services for causes that interest me and I am also likely to work with young advocates, including former colleagues on occasion to help them take on cases they might otherwise be unable to handle.
