I am a member of numerous organizations and I attend many conferences. I do not maintain records of fellow members of organizations, speakers or participants. I do not have ongoing access to the databases of my prior law firm for purposes of conducting conflict of interest inquiries.

Any party in an arbitration for which I am proposed as arbitrator is requested to promptly disclose any facts or circumstances that might be considered relevant to my impartiality or independence as soon as that information is reasonably available.
