Arbitrator
I am available to serve as arbitrator in domestic and international disputes.

Mediator
I am available to serve as mediator in domestic and international disputes.

Advocate
I will consider serving as co-counsel in very limited circumstances. Primarily I expect to provide pro bono services for causes that interest me and I am also likely to work with young advocates, including former colleagues on occasion to help them take on cases they might otherwise be unable to handle.
